Choosing to build is a fun and stressful experience to say the least. But in the end it was worth it in every imaginable way. After speaking with several others who built with a number of different companies, my decision to go with Parks & Tolpa was simple. Steve and Bob allowed me the freedom to build my home exactly how I wanted it, without any script or guidelines that I had to follow. Communication from Steve and Bob was daily thoughout the process and they were always available when I needed them. Now that the home is done, the quality speaks for itself. I could not be more pleased.

We could not be happier with our new home! Before we met Steve and Bob, we had been searching for builders for quite some time. No one ever felt “just right” with us. Then we met Steve & Bob. From the moment we met them, we knew they were going to be the guys to build our house. They are honest, hardworking, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. They stayed in constant contact with us and gave updates throughout the process. Not one question of ours went unanswered. And, they answer their phone. Steve and Bob made building a pleasurable experience. And we had lots of laughs! Thank you both from the bottom of our hearts for building our “forever” home.

Bob and Steve were recommended to us by a friend who is involved in construction and who was familiar with their work. After our first meeting, we knew we were going to hire them to build our home. All of the sub-contractors they use were great, and when we had questions, Bob or Steve always answered their phones, which is something I have never experienced with other contractors. Most importantly, we ended up with a very well built house that we, Steve, and Bob should be very proud of.

We were fortunate to be able to work with Parks & Tolpa on the planning and construction of our house. The key to building is a good construction company, and that's what you get with Bob and Steve. They listened to us and offered suggestions and their expertise as needed. Both are good natured and were great to work with every step of the way. Bob and Steve are true professionals and make sure everything is to the home owner’s expectations. We love our new house. Building is not an easy undertaking and we can assure you it went much more smoothly working the Parks & Tolpa. We are frequently asked if we would work with them again and without hesitation, the answer is yes.

Building a new home has the potential to be a very stressful process. However, working with Steve and Bob made our experience enjoyable, rewarding, and fun. They were good-natured and supportive, but they also gave honest feedback and much needed corrective suggestions for certain aspects of the design. Daily communications helped to facilitate the building process and cemented a great working relationship. We love our new home and are happy to be in it, but we sure do miss having Steve and Bob a part of our daily lives. They are good people and we will continue to consider them as friends as they move on to build other homes for other lucky families.

We found Bob and Steve to be understanding, professional, honest, and courteous. We enjoyed the process and are very pleased with the end result. We would definitely recommend them for jobs big or small.

We could not be any happier with our new home! When we were first introduced Pto Bob and Steve we felt very confident to have them build for us. They didn’t let us down. It was so much fun working with Steve and Bob. We knew from the start these were the right two guys to build our house. They gave us a lot of ideas and choices and being the first time building a house they guided us with lots of patience. All the people they have working for them are down-to-earth and very skilled. They are always there to answer questions and they bend over backwards to please you. With such a large project, you would think there would problems after we moved in. Building a new home can be a daunting task. Steve and Bob were extremely patient, guiding us through the purchase our land up to the final walk through. Their knowledge and years of experience were very helpful in the process. Not a day went by without an update and no question went unanswered. Each step of the way we were empowered to make decisions and we greatly appreciated their willingness to allow any changes we desired. We continue to be amazed with the quality of our new home and are extremely proud to have a Parks and Tolpa sign in our front yard.
